Heat over to 500 degrees.

Place potatoes on rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Toss to coat.

Bake uncovered 50 minutes until fork tender and brown on the edges. For even browning, turn halfway through cooking time. Add water if all the liquid is absorbed before the potatoes are done.

Reheat well.
