Split ciabatta roll lengthwise and spread generously with goat cheese on both sides. On one side, sprinkle toasted walnuts, on the other, golden raisins.

Drizzle 2 Tbsp honey on the walnut side and add a bit of freshly ground pepper.

Assemble the panini and lightly butter the top. Using the George Foreman grill, cook until the crust is crisp and the insides are hot, about 6 minutes.

Notes: Be sure to put on the full 2 tbsp honey!
