Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
1. Line a glass 9" pie plate with crust pastry and flute edges.
2. Mix all other ingredients and pour into crust.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35-40 minutes more, until filling is almost set. You may need to cover the piece crust rim after about 15 minutes of total baking time.
4. Cool completely on a wire rack.. Refrigerate overnight before slicing.
Notes: Can be made with frozen cranberries.
