Autodialer for CounterPath® SoftPhones

Installation

1. Read the CounterPath Autodialer script into the AppleScript Script Editor.
2. Unless you are using CounterPath's eyeBeam video phone, use command-F to Replace all occurrences of "eyeBeam" in the AppleScript below with the app signature for your CounterPath variant. Make sure you preserve the capitalization.
   • "X-PRO" for CounterPath's X-PRO Business-class SoftPhone
   • "X-Lite" for CounterPath's free entry-level SoftPhone
3. Adjust the configuration parameters according to your preferences (see script), or use the defaults for most configurations.
4. Save the autodialer as a script of type "Run Only" in your folder ~/Library/Address Book PlugIns/ or, if available to all computer users, in /Library/Address Book PlugIns/
5. Relaunch Address Book after saving the script.
6. Now, a new "Dial ... with eyeBeam" option will be available from the context menu for any dial-able telephone number in the Apple Address Book.
