Independent consultant, I like to work graphics programming in the Mac using MCL (Lisp) , Squeak (Smalltalk) , now toying with Cocoa in MacOS X.

I worked in digitalizing signatures for the banking sector and conversions projects, also custom servers in TCP/IP connecting legacy to new systems.

Working experience
1975 to 1990 Unisys, Ecuador
I worked principally in system software, including support to operating systems (MCP) , terminal networks, database (DMS II) , using many different languages: Algol, Fortran, COBOL, NDL.
I implemented a system to digitalize signatures for the banking sector who start working online in 1987 and was the first integrated system implemented in a large bank in the country.

1990 to 1996 Independent
In this years I sell and install an enhanced digitalizing signatures system called VeriFirm, who was installed in a few banks in Ecuador and Colombia, also worked in signatures conversions for others banks.

1997- R&D
Recently I am trying to carry out a few projects presented in this site, this required learning a little of mechanics, metallurgy, chemistry and robotics.

At some time I program in:

Algol, Applescript, Basic, C, COBOL, DCAlgol, EPL, Forth, Fortran, Hypertalk, Lisp, Modula-2, NDL, ObjC, Pascal, Perl, Prolog, Python, RPG, Scheme, Smalltalk, UPL, VRML, WebObjects.

In 1983 I wrote a Lisp interpreter in Algol, based in the book “Lisp” by Winston and Horn (first edition) , using this interpreter I run my first lisp programs.
