16 mile run, Poco Fendly Station Fireroad + Loop A and B with Chris, not timed.
Felt pretty good. Normal fatigue at end, but still managable, no gel/food, just water.
14 mile run, PSP Fendly Station Loop, not timed but slower than monday. Hurt at the end, but getting in good base miles.
Open water swim. Across James at Hugenot Flatwater and back twice in wetsuit.
10 miles MTB, 1:05:01, Avg: 9.69, fairly fast but mostly because of residual fatigue.
