Hilly 16 mile run. Riverside out and back + 2 Byrd Parks. comfy temp, felt consistant.

2100 yard swim. 1x100, 2x1000. (2nd 1000 in 21 minutes. 20 minutes should be future goal.)

4 mile run, 3 mile walk. Intended hilly 16 miler, but went to hard and didn't eat for it yesterday. Walked home and will try again in a day or two.

15 MTB, PSP each trail once, Very fast with Andy/MORE ride.

7 MTB, Poor Farm with Liz, tried to follow race course.

33 MTB, Southern Traverse out and back with Steve

8 Run, Riverside and back, 73 minutes, hilly, felt a little crampy.

13 miles, Riverside and back + Byrd Park, 2:02, very hilly, little warm, felt good for distance.

7.5 miles MTB with Liz

10.1 mile run. 90 minutes. First half hilly. Took about 2 miles to warm up. It's encouraging to know I can still run, after not doing much of it this summer.

6-7 easy MTB wtih Liz. Felt good to move.
