5 mile night run, FHP, Riverside, service road. With Chris. Took it a little easy for tomorrow's run.
24.7 mile MTB. Poca forest roads and singletrack with Brent and Billy Moffett. 2:11:57, Avg: 11.41, held back a little at the end for tomorrow.
2x10.5 mile loops. Pocahontas forest roads. First Lap 1:40, 2nd lap not timed. End of first lap: joints started hurting. 2nd lap: felt good overall. not as painful as I expected.
18 mile run. 3:15 Byrd Park, Forest Hill Av, Riverside Trail accross Hugenot, Cary, then fan loop backwards. Good endurance, but slow. Didn't feel like doing it and hard to get started again when walking, but could keep going when running. Probably need to eat better for a couple days before.
