6 mile run, 2 Byrd park loops, forced myself, still tired from yesterday.

70.13 mile road ride, 3:57:55, to Battlefield to Willis Church and back. Avg: 17.74, pretty comfortable, but the end hurt.

35 mile road ride, 1:57:20. To the Battlefield and back, Avg: 18.08, felt crappy, drank too much last night.

7.5 mile run. 61 minutes. Byrd Park and Fan. Pretty warm out, ran after work and swimming.

1,750 yard swim. Endurance theme. Felt good the whole time.

5 Miles MTB with Liz at Poor Farm. Crunched for time, but the weather was nice. Legs still tired from yesterday.
