The Australian Commonwealth Government requested Apple Mac USA "to do whatever it can" to close down only this site.
Apple Mac not only closed down this site & issued client with a "Notification of Removal" as required under the DMCA.
(Digital Millenium Copyright Act)
but also closed clients 3 other sites without notification.
Client responded with "Counter Notification's" but to no avail.
Apple Mac first state they removed website from public access.
Apple Mac then state they only moved website from public access folder to non-public access folder.
Apple Mac completely removed public access folder,
resulting in 3 other websites being closed down,
to a non-public access folder.
10 months later, after countless request's by client to do so,
Apple Mac returned the folder with an apology & a
"free year subscription to .Mac"
however,
they still refuse to give back the site in question!
