Why am I iBlogging? Well, Moveable Type was a good tool, but it was always breaking on me. I tried iBlog months ago- when I first started using .Mac to host my website.

Is iBlog perfect? No. Most of the preferences are hidden in odd places, there is no clear way to import old files, and there are many ways the interface could be improved.

There are many pluses to iBlog though- drag and drop image insertion, all-in-one editing and database- with searching, compatible .css files from MT (one of the main things that has made me decide to switch to iBlog), plus it's free (for .Mac users) and when I export the website I can import the folders directly into DevonThink- my personal document manager.

Hopefully, I'll be able to start posting a bit more. MT has given me SO many problems over the past months. iBlog looks like a good compromise between ease of use and customization.
