An Australian multi-player online game maker's success story

Luke Carruthers is the founder and CEO of Australian online multi-player game company, Imaginary Numbers, which will shortly release a major new game called Tactica Online. He started his career with the creation and eventual sale of a successful Internet Service Provider in Sydney, Magnadata. Now he has brought out to Australia an entire team of software engineers and game play experts from Denver, Colorado. They are working in Surry Hills, Sydney, in a race to bring out their new game before competitors come up with anything like it - and while the global game industry enjoys its greatest period of growth and media attention. He tells Netvideo about the lessons he has learned as the head of a high-technology startup and his experiences with raising venture capital as part of numerous entrepreneurial ventures.
