These are the notes I prepared while studying for the ANZCA Primary and Fellowship exams. They are provided here as a PDF file which requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open or print. The file is 3.8Mb and contains 555 pages formatted as A4. If you find it helpful, send me an e-mail or some money (I used to charge $50 for a paper copy, largely because of the photocopying and postage).
To download the file, Mac users should control-click or Windows users right-click on the link below and choose "Download link to disk..." as otherwise the file will open in the browser. If you do open it in the browser you can still save it to disk using the save icon in the Acrobat toolbar.
