The Johnson/Yang Beach House has now been completed and rentals are being scheduled. The house was torn down in the summer of 1999 and, after a year of construction, the house is ready for rentals. We have high speed wireless internet.

| The Johnson/Yang beach house has four bedrooms, four baths. Two bedrooms are upstairs and have sliding glass doors overlooking the beach. There are two large bedrooms downstairs and each bedroom has its own private bath. |
Directions to 777 Marlin Drive:Follow Highway 21 to Fripp Island. On Fripp, stop at the Security Gate and get a visitor's pass. From the Security Gate go along Tarpon Blvd. for 0.7 miles. Turn left at the sign for the Oceian Point Golf Club onto Remora. Go one block on Remora and turn right onto Marlin Drive. The house is at 777 Marlin Drive on the right. Rentals are by the week in the summer. Check in and check out are on Sunday. This year the Fripp Island Club will be charging additional fees for guest passes.
