The use of CSS to control the page design and
layout can be challenging for many web
designers.

Taking a HTML page (you can't change) and only being able to change the CSS file you can find some amazing examples of web design which doesn't use tables...
As a user of tables I think I need to look over this site more and more to see how to do things which will make my page design better and more accessible.
