iFelix Tech website mirror now online

Following on from my bandwidth issues I have created a mirror of the ifelix website using the following url, www.efelix.co.uk/tech.

I have also removed some of the more intensive menu graphics and will be editing the CSS which was proving quite a hit on the bandwidth.

Hopefully this will mean I can stay online.
