OS 10.3.5 allows you to use your Bluetooth Phone as a remote

though only works with some phones...

According to the MobileWhack website, OS 10.3.5 allows you to use a Sony Ericsson K700i as a remote control.

When configuring and pairing your phone, you should see an extra option on the setup screen as shown here in this mock-up:

I don't have a K700i (only a T68i and access to a T610 and neither of these work) so I can't have a go in reality.

The protocol only supports HID which means that you are using the phone as a "replacement" keyboard and other features of dedicated software such as Sailing Clicker is not supported.
