Bluetooth Range
quite good...
Having used my PowerBook at the bottom of the house
with a Bluetooth mouse, I ventured with the PowerBook to the top of the house
(we live in a three story house) and without the mouse to find that my trackpad
didn't "work" as the PowerBook was still connected to the Bluetooth mouse two
stories below!
I have set the trackpad to be disabled if using an external mouse.
The only way to fix things (as I don't know many OS X keyboard shortcuts) was to block the bluetooth signal with my body and quickly turn Bluetooth off on the PowerBook.
