BT Openzone


logged out, but couldn't log back in again...

Today I purchased a BT Openzone voucher in order to access the internet whilst at Glasgow Airport.

I made the mistake of logging out and was then unable to log back in again, as I had both not written down the username and password, but I also had not "received" the e-mail with the details as I hadn't done a send and receive.

However it is not all bad news, unlike other wireless hotspot providers, I do have 24 hours in which to use the remainder of the wireless voucher. Most other hotspots I have used only allow you to use the 60 minutes in the 60 minutes from the first time you log in.

Having said that at £6 per hour, BT Openzone is more expensive than the other providers at Glasgow Airport, but were "slightly" better value as they had a 90 minutes for the cost of 60 minutes offer.

Be interesting to see if I can use the voucher tomorrow.
