3G Connection Issues


on my PowerBook...

I am currently having a few problems connecting to the internet via my Nokia N73 on my Mac. I know it is a Mac issue as I can connect fine to the internet on the phone and fine via my Tablet PC. However on my PowerBook I keep getting a connection error. Not sure why this is, reminds me of errors I use to get with my Vodafone 3G Datacard when I was using that. I am aiming to restart my PowerBook to see if that makes a difference. This is taking longer than I would like as at the time of writing I am trying to just exit iBlog. So I am actually using TextEdit to write this blog entry which I will then copy and paste into iBlog after I have restarted my PowerBook and restarted iBlog, which will probably take another fifteen minutes! I might then be able to connect to the internet and check my e-mail and a few sites.

Well I restarted the PowerBook, tried to connect and connected first time. Not sure why I had this error, but I suspect it could be because I did not disconnect properly, I just shut the PowerBook lid to send the Mac to sleep. So will try and remember to disconnect before sleeping.
