Update on "solution"
not for Tiger...
The solution I posted earlier for using a Vodafone
3G Datacard and Tiger was not actually for Tiger, but for
10.3.
It looks like I got a little ahead of myself, the solution was for a PowerBook running 10.3 and not 10.4.
Got slight confuddled by the source's computer information which said 10.4.1 but in fact he was working with a PowerBook running 10.3
