Can't rely on 3G


no signal...

Today showed that you can't rely on a 3G connection.

I was running a training session and expected that there would be enough coverage to enable me to use a 3G connection for internet access. Alas there was no signal and therefore I had no possibility of a connection.

Luckily I had a contingency plan.
