Problems Installing Vodafone 3G Datacard on a Mac

Some people have been having issues installing the
Vodafone software on their PowerBook for the Vodafone 3G Datacard. This issue
happen with both version 1 and 2 of the
software.
The software will not install on a hard drive with a name containing special characters.
It is important that there are no special characters in the name of the hard drive you are trying to install on.
So Bob's Disk is out because of the apostrophe.
The solution is to change the name of the hard drive.
