Nice and Fast


my new MacBook Pro...

My new MacBook Pro for work is nice and fast.

The 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo and 2GB of RAM are making various applications speed along compared to my older PowerBook and even my new Intel iMac (but I suspect that is more down to the number of applications I have running on the iMac).

I have Adobe CS3 Web Premium on my MacBook Pro and it is interesting to see how the applications differ from their earlier incarnations (and the fact that they run natively).

Alas the MacBook Pro is only running iLife '06 and iWork '06 so I will need to put in an order for them at some point.

Overall, very pleased.
