PocketPC to Mac via Bluetooth

send files to and from between a Mac and a PocketPC...

I needed to move files from an iPAQ (photographs taken with a HP Mobile Photosmart Camera) to a G4 Powerbook, something I had not tried before. I wanted to use the photographs on my Image Blog. It made sense to use Bluetooth, mainly as I couldn't get the infra red to work.

It was very easy on the iPAQ to establish the Bluetooth connection and send the files... the only difficulty I had was then trying to find the files on the Powerbook.

The iPAQ send them to a "shared" folder called "My Documents" which I guess works really well on a Windows PC was more difficult to find on the Mac. Using the search function within Finder I eventually found them in Users -> Shared on the root drive which is I guess somewhat logical!!!
