Replacement unlikely to be a 12" model


the screen will be too small...

If and when the old Titanium G4 Powerbook is replaced, I think it is unlikely that it will be replaced with a 12" model. It is not as though I don't like the size and style, but there are too main reasons.

1. the 12" screen will probably be too small, having tried with a reduced screen resolution on the Powerbook, I realise that most of the applications I use like a lot of screen space.

2. there is no PCMCIA slot which means difficulty in using the range of PCMCIA cards (mainly CF adapters) I have

So now is it another 15" or a 17"?
