Welsh Hill Lamb


from Sainsburys...

Had a very nice small french trimmed rack of Welsh hill lamb from Sainsburys Taste the Difference range today.

Just cooked in the oven with a splash of olive oil.

It was really nice, sweet and succulent. Served with potatoes, parsnips, carrots and leeks.

It wasn't organic, but lamb from Wales is near enough organic in many ways (yes I know it isn't).
