1987 Buick Grand National

This is my wife's 1987 Buick Grand National. We bought it in August 2005 from the second owner, who took wonderful care of the car. It had about 30,000 miles on it at the time, and he had installed a handful of small modifications, including an engine control chip programmed specifically for 93-octane fuel, a catback exhaust, and a gauge cluster from a GNX. Along with the car, we purchased his entire collection of spare parts, including all of the original parts he had replaced, as well as two extra Grand National wheels, several pieces of body trim, a scan tool, a car cover, the dealer service manual, and more.

The car has won several awards both before and since we bought it. Most recently, the car was ranked in the Top 75 at the 2007 Sloan Museum Summer Auto Fair, a show spanning three days and including over one thousand cars.
