In October 2007, Charlotte was asked to provide an advertisement to build peoples awareness of Sickle Cell Disease. With her training as a nurse this was a subject that Charlotte eagerly wanted to help with.

It was played on rotation for Gloucester FM (GFM), a community radio station playing music of black origin with emphasis on local issues, information, advice and music.
As an early Christmas present in 2007, Charlotte was awarded her first full brand identity.

She was chosen to be the 'voice' of The Spa at Water Meadows in York.

This exclusive hair and beauty establishment will continue to use Charlotte in 2008 exclusively for all their audio work.

Charlotte provided the complete edit for the example shown, including the backing music. All of which was created in her home studio in Brighton.

Late in 2007 Charlotte was picked to voice an advertising feature in Trinidad and Tobago. She provided over 2 minutes of VO for the feature which dealt with hair and beauty products for a cosmetics manufacturer in Trinidad and Tobago.

Charlotte was able to provide all the work from her home studio, which enabled her to minimise issues with international time zones and made coping with a very short turnaround much more manageable.

Owin Wight, her contact for the work, was most impressed with Charlotte, when asked about his experience working with Charlotte he said, "I asked her to deliver a sultry feel to the piece, and she delivered; there were some local words such as 'toutoulebay' and 'bazodee' which, with direction, she absolutely nailed. I asked her to reduce her British accent and she used a mid-atlantic accent instead.

I intend to use her again for other television work and I highly recommend her."
