Summon the Spirit of Your Creative Self: A Journey of Discovery

Make your life a work of art. This inspiring retreat calls upon introspection, collaboration, discussion and guided exercises to awaken your “visionary within”. Facilitated by therapist and photographer, Diane Epstein, M.A., it seeks to open the mind's eye, coax long-held dreams to life and banish self-sabotaging habits. This gathering promises to call forth the playful, insightful and daring elements of the creative self.

In the Italian countryside, in Sabina amidst a magical setting, lies a lush retreat center, with spectacular views, a natural spring, gardens, pond and swimming pool. The property is peaceful, rustic and ideal for exploration, yoga, music, conversation, and the practicing the arts. We'll bring our cameras, drawing pads, journals - and our venturing spirits - we'll encounter the Muse in the exotic as well as the commonplace. Each day we'll explore distinctive tools for nurturing creativity - from visualization and spontaneous drawing and writing to photography and artistic expression. Participants will investigate the mystery of 'multi-dimensional arts', the spontaneity of collage, the natural ingenuity of storytelling - and, the joys of music and the culinary arts. A 50% deposit is due by September 25th to hold your reservation. For returning clients the fees are 350 euro per participant for double occupancy (if received by September 25th) including room, Italian meals, creativity workshop throughout the weekend. A 15% discount is offered for your partner for full weekend workshop. For new participants or latecomers the fee is 450 euro for the weekend.
