For the rest of Spring Break, Jay and I spent 3 days in Ixtapa (southern Mexico) at the beach.

We lounged on the beach, drank beer, watched the sunset, swam in the ocean and went parasailing in Ixtapa (Ex-top-ah). In nearby Zihuatanejo (Zee-watt-ah-nay-hoo) we found a wonderful restaurant.

My first bikini since 2nd grade! Eating shrimps in red curry at De Donde Eres? Jay is a VERY happy man... VERY HAPPY! The restaurant is owned by Sabrina (L) and Nick (R). She is Italian and he is.. Fijian (via Australia). They met traveling in Peru. Each night they cook 3... yummy dishes. In addition to being great cooks, they are absolutely wonderful.. people. They are so great, we went twice! Nick with his daughter Maya. Jay, Rai (customer), Sabrina, Franco (customer), Nick and me. Me, Sabrina, and Rai (also an amazing, incredible person). Saying good-bye at the end of a wonderful evening.
