Angie: We were lab partners my freshman year in chemistry lab and became really close friends; Angie and her husband (then fiancé), Ken, were great friends to me and helped me when I was going through a really tough time. Although they moved at the end of the semester, we still stay in touch. |

Bobbie: My boss when I was on the island. She's like an older sister. Lots of good times. |

Casey: He was my closest male-friend. The hijinx we shared in high school were fantastic.

Jeremy: My former volunteer partner at the emergency room. That is, he was a volunteer there too and we, uh, worked together. We have a lot in common and get along very well etc. etc. I liked him an awful lot, but you know how that goes.

Katrina: Buddies in High School and since high school we have remained close friends. Spreading chaos. She's one of the few people who has the ability to challenge me intellectually. Right on.

Katy: We met at Girls' State four years ago and have been keeping in touch ever since. I actually went downstate to visit one summer ('02) and it was a rockin' good time. Hells yeah.

Leah: My "Star Sister". We spent two summers living together on Mackinac Island and in that time we have shared a lot of 'ish'.
