It's been months, but I have made another little QuickTime "movie" (read: glorified slideshow using my Halcyon Days characters and lots and lots of Ken Burns effects), Cynically Hopeful-- same title as my diary because, well, I just couldn't come up with a better one.

Go to the movie page for more QuickTime action. I do it for the fans-- the ones that circulate air.

Aloha! My resumé is finally complete and posted for your viewing pleasure (read: Olivia needs a job, so hire her!)

The next thing on the schedule for site improvements is a new layout for the design page. And maybe a new quicktime movie, too. It may be a while before any of these expected changes happen, though.

Updates! I've added a new vital statistics page featuring info such as occupation and hobbies et cetera in list form.

I mean, it's a website, so it should be all about self-promotion, right? The next plan is to post a resumé and perhaps a gallery for some of my photography (not to be confused with the snapshots page).

Lastly, the domain name is now secure and in place-- www.inkythistle.com. My first domain name after 8 years of an online presence.

Welcome to Inkythistle Showcase 2004!

The purpose for this site is to simply act as a retrospective archive of sorts for all the little time-capsule sites (sites I've worked on since 1996) I have. Also, I have included a showcase of my original "Halcyon Days" cartoons, photographs, and even some of my experimental quicktime movies.

All in all, everything represented here makes up a fairly good chunk of my memories of being in high school and college. They may not really make sense to the casual observer, but they are true to whatever I was feeling at that time, so please be kind and understand that I am sharing a personal part of my past.
