Here's a short video from The Resurgence featuring Mark Driscoll. The context is church planting and it's directed at the men who attempt to endure the task.
This is a frank conversation about the vital ingredients necessary to build a church. He discusses the need for 1) the man, 2) the mission, and 3) the message. This is a multifaceted theme. The overarching theme is that the man is Jesus, the mission is the cross, and the message is salvation. But this translates to a set of smaller jesus', smaller sacrifices, smaller themes that all point to the Jesus, all different and dependent on the context of the church plant.
