We traded in our two cars for a 2006 Chevrolet
Express LS 3500 3DR
Van:
Karen and I are pretty tired after a full day out and about. Lunch time came and went, and a few hours later we were driving around in our new van. We even went to the grocery store and got fully stocked to see what it would be like to have both kids in their car-seats while having a stroller packed in the spacious rear compartment. Very nice indeed. We can seat 12 people, although with the car-seats it necessitates that we waste one seat. Still, that's plenty. With this capacity, we could easily have the room to store a pack-and-play plus all kinds of luggage for a trips of various kinds. Karen can use it to pick up kids she babysits without having to "be creative" with the seating arrangements. Now we just have to get out of this cramped apartment situation.
In fact, we now have a parking complication. The van barely fits into its spot. But if you ask me, these are great problems to have.
