the pearce wedding

so every weekend we head and to shoot and every weekend we produce really great stuff...and then every once in a while you have a day like this where the photo gods smile on you and just about everything you shoot is portfolio worthy...this thursday wedding was one of those such days. who knows what it was that caused it? maybe it was that it was our first wedding since coming back from the convention and we had a bunch of ideas bottled up inside waiting to burst. more than likely the number one reason was that vix and james were an absolutely amazing couple, and they pretty much granted us all the time we needed to create some really awesome work. it was such a fun exercise too, to challenge ourselves to continue to see differently...everything we shot of them was basically on a thin boat dock, or in the parking lot. within that area we shot in a school bus, around a school bus, on a powerbox, ran down the road, on a coke machine, wedged in between a huge propeller, against a fence, in a bush, etc...and to top off the cool factor of the day, vix and james are from england, so just about everything they say sounds cool :)

here are a few from the day...this is just the tip of the iceberg...we'll be sure to post the rest soon.

and of course, the point and shoot shot :)
