This page contains two sections: "other alt.*" TV newsgroups, and "other national" TV newsgroup hierarchies.
And some groups for TV shows fall out of the alt.tv.* and alt.fan.* hierarchy entirely. Here are some of those:

As of now, a new hierarchy of "us.*" groups are planned, including a us.arts.tv.* hierarchy (so far only us.arts.tv.soaps exists). Right now however, the idea has not caught on and few locations get this hierarchy.
