And,
Here is the list of shows that have been renewed for the '99-'00 TV season (and beyond); special cases (i.e. those shows with more than a one-year renewal) are indicated by "(...)". To keep track of such things, shows that were new to the '98-'99 season (i.e. the '98-'99 season was the show's first season) have been marked in red:

By definition, shows that are "ending their runs" are doing so by mututal agreement among the network, the cast, and the production crew, and generally have "final" episodes (e.g. Home Improvement, Mad About You, Melrose Place, Seinfeld, Newhart, etc.); otherwise, they've been cancelled (e.g. Homicide, Ellen, Murder She Wrote, Lois & Clark, Dallas, etc.).
Here is the list of the TV shows that are ending their runs after many seasons at the end of the '99-'00 TV year:
Shows Ending Run Network ---------------- ------- Beverly Hills, 90210 FOX (After 10 seasons, it's ending.) Boy Meets World ABC Hercules: The Legendary Syn. (It's done.) Journies Party of Five FOX Saved by the Bell: NBC (It's also done.) The New Class Sliders SCI-FI (NOTE: Series finale has aired.)
Here is the list of the TV shows from the '99-'00 season that are known to be cancelled. Again, to keep track of such things, shows that are new this season (i.e. this is the show's first season) have been marked in red:

This is the list of shows that appear to be "in trouble" (i.e. in danger of cancellation), with the network that the shows air on, and comments. By the way, if you see the word "retooling" next to a show you like, expect the worst, as network "retooling" almost always leads to a decline in the show's quality and usually ends with cancellation.
(NOTE: This list is mostly the opinion of this author, as influenced by media reports (e.g. The LA Times), and Internet scuttlebutt!)

And here is the list of the TV shows from the '98-'99 season that will be moved from old times to new timeslots for the Fall 1999. The new airing times are also listed. And here is the most up-to-date "mid-season replacement" list, which I will update as new shows start to appear (shows no longer airing, will be indicated in the list; check the "Hiatus" List, as well).
For the Fall, I will list any "new" shows that replace early Fall casualties; for spring, any show that has replaced a cancelled show, or that has temporarily bumped an established show into 'hiatus', will be listed. (NOTE: Shows such as Zoe, The PJ's or Secret Agent Man will not be listed here, as they are technically not "new" "mid-season" shows.)
