Here is the list of new shows that premiered in Fall 2003 (i.e. in the '03-'04 TV season).
I'm listing them by network, with some descriptions of the new shows, and some of the lead stars (when known). A 'Leads & Cast' list of "[unknown]" means that either the cast is not known to me, or the cast is made up of unknowns! (i.e. the actors and actresses involved are people I have never heard of before).

Hope & Faith Faith Ford, sitcom: Ripa plays out-of-work soap actress Kelly Ripa forced to move in with sister & her family. *I'm With Her David Sutcliffe, sitcom: Unassuming schoolteacher's new love Teri Polo is an international celebrity actress (Polo). *It's All Relative Maggie Lawson sitcom: Son to conservative straight married couple Reid Scott, becomes engaged to daughter of gay dads. Lenny Clark Wacky conflict ensues. Supposedly... *Karen Sisco Carla Gugino, fed drama: Gugino plays the eponymous federal Robert Forster, marshall from the Elmore Leonard novels and Bill Duke from the movie Out of Sight. *Married to the Kellys Brecklin Meyer, sitcom: New York author leaves the city to live Kiele Sanchez with his wife's family in Kansas. *Threat Matrix James Denton, drama: Tracks an elite anti-terrorism team at Kelly Rutherford the Department of Homeland Security. * Ultimately cancelled!

Kelley: About three Poland, NH Mare Winningham small-town brothers, and their wives. Cold Case Kathryn Morris, drama from Jerry Bruckheimer: Think John Finn Without a Trace, but with old unsolved cases. *The Handler Joe Pantoliano, FBI drama: Pantoliano is an FBI "handler", Hill Harper, the guy in charge of keeping an eye on Lola Glaudini undercover agents on their assignments. Joan of Arcadia Amber Tamblyn, drama: Modern day Joan of Arc - teen Joan (Tamblyn) Mary Steenburgen, gets messages and assignments from "God", while Joe Mantegna trying to deal with adolescence, school & family. Navy NCIS Mark Harmon, crime drama: This JAG spinoff revolves around Michael Weatherly, a civilian force that investiages crimes in Sasha Alexander the Navy and Marine Corps. Two & a Half Men Charlie Sheen, sitcom: Sheen plays an incorrigible bachelor whose Jon Cryer, party is crashed when his brother (Cryer) and Angus T. Jones nephew move in, after Cryer's marriage blows up. * Ultimately cancelled!

Miller and move to Wisconsin. The O.C. Benjamin McKenzie, drama: Parolled teen takes up residence with Peter Gallagher, his defense attorney's family in Kelly Rowan wealthy Orange County, California. †The Ortegas Cheech Marin, sitcom: The Ortega' son, Al (Madrigal), has Al Madrigal a talk show in their backyard! **The Simple Life Paris Hilton, reality: Over-pampered socialite Hilton, and her Nicole Richie friend Richie, are forced to live on a farm! *Skin Ron Silver, romantic drama: Modern Romeo & Juliet, except Kevin Anderson, this time 'Juliet's' dad is a porn producer Rachel Ticotin & 'Romeo's' dad is the D.A. of Los Angeles. Tru Calling Eliza Dushku, fantasy drama: Groundhog Day-meets-Run Lola Run - A.J. Cook, morgue worker Dushku has 24 hours to save Jessica Collins corpses from their (often murdered) fates. * Ultimately cancelled! ** Put off until mid-season (see Mid-Season section for details). † Never even aired!!

Las Vegas Josh Duhamel, drama: Duhamel learns the casino security James Caan, detail from old pro Caan, while still seeing Molly Sims Caan's daughter (Sims). In Las Vegas! *Lyon's Den Rob Lowe, drama: Idealistic lawyer battles the Kyle Chandler 'sharks' in his law firm. *Miss Match Alicia Silverstone, drama: (Dateless) divorce attorney plays Ryan O'Neal matchmaker on the side. Don't ask... *Whoopi Whoopi Goldberg, sitcom: Goldberg plays 'One Hit Wonder' singer Omid Djalili who now runs a Manhattan hotel. * Ultimately cancelled!

Eve Eve, Ali Landry, sitcom: Romance for urban singles in the Jason George modern era. *Jake 2.0 Chris Gorman sci-fi drama: Nanotech turns geek into superhero. *The Mullets John O'Hurley, sitcom: From the title alone, it should be clear Loni Anderson where this one's going... *Rock Me Baby Dan Cotrese, sitcom: Radio 'Shock Jock' transitions to Bianca Kajlich being a husband and a Daddy... * Ultimately cancelled!

Steve Harvey's Big Time Steve Harvey variety show: Steve Harvey recruits regular folk to do their talent thing. *Tarzan Travis Fimmel, drama: Modern day Tarzan (former model Fimmel) Sarah W. Callies, swings through the jungle of NYC, thanks to Mitch Pileggi his uncle (Pileggi). * Ultimately cancelled!
