Here is the list of new shows that premiered in Fall 2002 (i.e. in the '02-'03 TV season).
I'm listing them by network, with some descriptions of the new shows, and some of the lead stars (when known). A 'Leads & Cast' list of "[unknown]" means that either the cast is not known to me, or the cast is made up of unknowns! (i.e. the actors and actresses involved are people I have never heard of before).

Life With Bonnie Bonnie Hunt, sitcom: Mom complicates family's Mark Derwin, life when she brings up their David Alan Grier troubles as on-air anchor. *MD's (aka. Meds) William Fichtner, medical drama: Absurdist, MASH-esque John Hannah doctors vs. HMO saga. *Push, Neveda Derek Cecil, interactive drama: IRS Agent comes Scarlett Chorvat to town searching for missing money; viewers can win money by solving clues. *That Was Then James Bulliard, drama: Man wishes to relive his worst week Bess Armstong, in high school, and does, but results Jeffrey Tambor change the future, forcing him to go back. * Ultimately cancelled!

Hack David Morse, drama: Disgraced cop dedicates Andre Braugher, himself to fighting crime George Dzundza as a civilian cabbie. *Presidio Med Dana Delaney, medical drama: ER-esque drama Blythe Danner about women doctors. *Robbery Homicide Division Tom Sizemore, cop drama: Sizemore heads LA's (aka. RHD/LA) Klea Scott Robbery/Homicide squad. Still Standing Mark Addy, sitcom: Chicago blue-color couple Jami Gertz raise 3 kids. Without a Trace Anthony LaPaglia, cop drama: LaPaglia heads the FBI's Eric Close, Missing Persons Squad charged Poppy Montgomery to find... well, the missing. * Ultimately cancelled!

Robinson and crew yuck it up. *Fastlane Tiffani Thiessen, action drama from McG: Charlie's Bill Belamy, Angels director brings drama Peter Facinelli about flashy undercover cops. *Firefly Nathan Fillion, sci-fi drama from Joss Whedon: Gina Torres, Whedon attempts to do space opera, Jewel Staite, a genre that's never worked on Ron Glass a 'big' network. *girls club Gretchen Mol, lawyer drama from David E. Kelley: Kathleen Robertson, Three babes, lawyers, and David Chyler Leigh, E. Kelley - this should be Giancarlo Esposito self-explanitory... †The Grubbs Randy Quaid, sitcom: Malcolm in the Middle-redux, Carol Kane, meets live-action Simpsons. Michael Cera *John Doe Dominic Purcell, drama: A man with incredible Azura Skye, general knowledge has amnesia, Meatloaf Aday becomes government agent. Oliver Beene Grant Rosenmeyer, sitcom: Wonder Years-redux, Grant Shaud, set in the 1960's, but Wendy Makkena played more for laughs. †Septuplets Nathan West, family drama: Two parents and sept's Samantha Streets run hotel in So. Cal. * Ultimately cancelled! † Never even aired!! - The Grubbs & Septuplets were cancelled before ever airing! FOX is getting quite good at that!!!

What I Like About You Amanda Bynes, sitcom: Free-spirited 16-year old Jennie Garth, disrupts the life of her straight-laced Simon Rex, older sister when she moves in Wesley Jonathan with her. * Ultimately cancelled!
