The 11th Annual RATTY Awards - The Winners:

The 11th RATTY Awards were held at the end of the 2004-2005 TV season. The call for Nominations came from Joshua Kreitzer (for Robert Licuria, who tabulated the nominations) on June 5, 2005 - that thread can be found here (note: 21 people ultimately submitted nominating ballots). The final voting came on June 23, 2005 - that thread can be found here. The results (63 people total voted) were posted July 17, 2005 - here.
