And That's All Folks!


I'm sure it'll come as no shock that this Blog has gone on my back burner for the last two and a half years.

But, as of tomorrow, July 7, 2009, Apple is closing down the old .Mac homepages, and further access to them will be discontinued. What this means is that, as of tomorrow, I won't be able to update this blog even if I wanted to!

So now is the time to officially and finally close down this Blog once and for all.

And with it, I am now going to be officially retiring all of my old TV episode guides, including the "Saved by the Bell" FAQ - from henceforth, there will be no more updates to those pages either here or at whatever website I may start up in the future.

Does this mean I'm totally done with this kind of stuff?

I'm not sure yet - I may restart certain parts of the rec.arts.tv FAQ in the future (obviously at a different website), especially the TV Shows Status pages, and things like the Summer TV Schedule Grid.

But, for now, and for this site at least, it looks like it's Goodbye & Farewell.

Thanks to all the people that have helped me with various online endeavors over the years - I have truly appreciated it!

And to anyone else who stumbles across this blog - enjoy!

The '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page Has Been Updated


The '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page has finally been updated again, as of today (December 15).

NOTE: I know that I have been horribly derrelict in updating this page recently, but I've had about 17 different things going on in my life lately that have prevented it. Hopefully, this update is a sign that things are easing up on me. But I can't promise any more updates in the immediate future - we'll just have to see how things go... Stay tuned!

Note on This Blog...


I should note that my life has gotten very busy lately, and probably will continue to be so for some time. As a result, I may not be able to devote as much time to this blog as I'd like. This does not mean that I am abandoning this blog - just that I am likely to be posting only somewhat frequently to it.

It also looks like my days of being a reviewer of TV shows and TV seasons (see, for example, My TV Commentary Page) has come to an end, and I am unlikely to be writing any more Mid-Season or Season-End Reviews either for posting here, or in rec.arts.tv.

No matter what, I am hoping to continue maintaining and updating my TV Shows Status Page on hopefully a weekly or a semi-weekly basis.

But I can't make any promises in terms of how often I will be making blog postings...

Vacay Time!


I'm in the part of the summer where I'll be taking some time off, so entries to this site may be intermittent. I'm not saying I won't post. But it probably won't be on a regular schedule.

I'll try to get back into the 'swing of things' when FOX's Prison Break returns on Monday, August 21! ;)

In case someone wants to relieve the glory days of original programing during Summer 2005, the final "archive" versions of My Summer 2005 TV Series and My Summer 2005 Schedule Grid are online now.

The Summer 2005 Schedule Grid includes the schedule runs of pretty much all of the original series that aired in Summer 2005...

Sat - September 10, 2005

Site Maintenance Alert! 


Over this weekend, I'll be updating my system from" Jaguar" (Mac OS 10.2) to "Tiger" (Mac OS 10.4).

I've taken precautions, so I expect things to go smoothly. And I should be back posting by Sunday.

But if I don't post over the next couple of days, you'll know it's because my computer went "KER-PLOOEY!!" during the upgrade... ;)
