The '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page Has Been Updated

The '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page has finally been updated again, as of today (December 15).

NOTE: I know that I have been horribly derrelict in updating this page recently, but I've had about 17 different things going on in my life lately that have prevented it. Hopefully, this update is a sign that things are easing up on me. But I can't promise any more updates in the immediate future - we'll just have to see how things go... Stay tuned!

Note on This Blog...

I should note that my life has gotten very busy lately, and probably will continue to be so for some time. As a result, I may not be able to devote as much time to this blog as I'd like. This does not mean that I am abandoning this blog - just that I am likely to be posting only somewhat frequently to it.

It also looks like my days of being a reviewer of TV shows and TV seasons (see, for example, My TV Commentary Page) has come to an end, and I am unlikely to be writing any more Mid-Season or Season-End Reviews either for posting here, or in rec.arts.tv.

No matter what, I am hoping to continue maintaining and updating my TV Shows Status Page on hopefully a weekly or a semi-weekly basis.

But I can't make any promises in terms of how often I will be making blog postings...

Recent TV News Updates - 10/09/06

The '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page has been updated.

This update reflects CBS putting its new heist drama, Smith, on hiatus (read: unofficially cancelled), and NBC reportedly keeping its episode order for Kidnapped to 13 episodes (read: all but officially cancelled). In addition, ABC Family has officially pulled the plug on its new (and ill-conceived) new drama Three Moons Over Milford.

The update also reflects the renewals of Sci-Fi Channel's Eureka & Who Wants to Be a Superhero, and AMC's Hustle.

The update reflects the cancellation of HBO's new first year multi-camera sitcom, Lucky Louie.

It also reflects the renewals of USA's Psych & The Dead Zone (Yay!!), Showtime's Brotherhood, and HBO's Entourage & The Wire.

Recent TV News Updates - 08/31/06

I know I've been bad about keeping up with this this summer, but...

Check out the '06-'07 TV Shows Status Page for updates on the cancellation of Stargate: SG-1 (by Sci-Fi channel, at least) and Beautiful People (by ABC Family), and the renewals of ABC Family's Kyle XY, Sci-Fi's Stargate: Atlantis, HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm(!), and USA's The 4400 (though, in the latter case, with the drop in quality the show has suffered this summer, I'm not sure why they bothered...).
