A bolt of lightening hits Screech and gives him the ability to see into the future, just before a fast talking teacher's (John Moschitta) test; Zack and Slater take a series of bets.

Zack bugs a slumber party to find out what Kelly really thinks of him.

9.8: "The Substitute"

The girls fall for hunky new substitute teacher Tony Crane (Hank Stratton), much to the boys' dismay, so Zack and the boys come up with a plan.

It's Homecoming, and Kelly is nominated for Homecoming Queen but she's devastated when she gets a pimple on her nose; meanwhile Zack sells a substance which Screech accidentally discovers that clears up zits in minutes... with some side effects! Slater and the football team hope to break their losing streak to Valley. [There is news footage at the end provided by KNBC, and the #3 that scores the touchdown has "A.C. Slater" on his jersey.]

9.10: "Pinned to the Mat"

After Career Day, Slater gives up wrestling when he realizes he has no career plans, but Zack must make sure Slater wrestles or he'll lose a bet. [Zack's voice is changing by this episode. Zack uses two "time outs".]

9.11: "Beauty and the Screech"

The gang competes to sell friendship tokens, but their friendships suffer when Zack takes over the business and everyone ends up competing against Zack, the master of the quick sale.

As a class project, the gang pairs up in mock marriages, and Lisa's marriage to Screech is driving her bonkers.

9.14: "The Election"

Jessie badly wants to be Class President, but Zack decides to ensure that he wins, after he finds out that the Class President gets a trip to Washington D.C.

Mrs. Wentworth teaches a class on subliminal advertising, so Zack tries to use hidden messages to get Kelly to go to the Sweetheart's Dance with him, and Lisa to go with Screech, but when the gang catches on, everyone wants a piece of Zack.

The cheerleaders' county competition and the annual prank war with Valley are being held the same week, and Screech (the mascot) is crucial to the cheerleading routine, but two Valley guys kidnap him in retaliation for some of Zack's and Slater's pranks.
