
Registration will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 9:00 a.m. FOR BOTH RACES.
Please bring exact change. If paying by cheque, please make it out in advance the Ottawa Bicycle Club for $65.00, if you are registering for the season. Credit card or debit payment is not possible.
Series Cost: $65
All series riders must present a valid UCI licence issued in Canada or an Ontario Citizen Permit (see below)
Once you are registered for the season and you have received your race numbers, there is no need to check-in before each race.
Single day race entry
Cost $15.
This is available race day morning before between 7:30 and 9:00 am for both races. One day permits will be available for $5.00 to those who do not have a valid UCI licence or an Ontario Citizen Permit. However they can only be used once by a rider. If you want to race more than one race, you will have to buy a citizen permit.
Citizen Permit
Those participants who do not hold a valid UCI racing licence must buy an Ontario Citizen Permit to enter the series. They are available for sale at the Ottawa Bicycle Club Office or on the day of the race. Further information, including fees, is available on the Ontario Cycling Association website.
Please bring your required UCI licence or Citizen Permit to registration. Once you have registered for the season, it will not be required again. Riders doing single events who show up without their licence or citizen permit will have to buy a single day entry permit in addition to paying the race entry fee.
This year, we are hosting the Ontario Provincial Cyclocross Championships on November 15. This event is not part of the Eastern Ontario series and will require a separate entry. Season series riders will receive a $5.00 discount off the price of that entry. While riders registered in Quebec and other provinces will be allowed to enter Ontario Provincial Championships they will not be able to claim any of the championship titles and medals.

Race 1, 9:30 a.m.: Master B, C, D, E men , women, junior women and younger, novice men and U15 and younger males
Race 2, 11:00 a.m.: Elite men and women, master A men, junior men and U17 men
