As you all know, our Women's category event has drawn lots of riders - wow! However this does create a question or perhaps a dilemma. That is: do you think that we should divide the category into a Masters Women and Senior Women? Master Women would be age 30 and older while Senior Women would be 21-30 years of age. I think that most in the current Women category are 30 plus so that may or may not solve any issues (I have not checked the ages for fear of being set upon). Or should we make it 40-plus and below 40? Alternately, should it be like the Men Master with Women A, B, C and D?
The basic issue is how do you think that I should set the categories so that they reflect an appropriate level of competition? That is it fair to compare a 31 year old women with a 52 year old? Or do we keep it as is?
