1. On beading needle, apply thread base on small area only. DON'T ...
2. Tightly tie down 6-8 CDC plumes on thread base.
3. Wind back, binding CDC to bare needle. Trim out CDC to taper body.
4.At end of body, fold thread tag forward and bind down.
5. This locks in the end wraps on underbody.
6. Trim off last CDC quill and reverse thread tag to end of body.
7. Select Coq de Leon fibres for tails.
8. Tie in tails. Note thread tag, still untrimmed.
9. For added durability, apply small amount of Flexament to underbody.
