Do I need an Internet Service Provider (ISP)? You only need an ISP if you wish to publish you application to the web to make it generallly available.

Scenarios are

  • Single Computer. Run the application for your personal use.
  • Local Network. Run the application on your local network for your home or office.
  • Web. Run the application on a server with web access. This needs an ISP.
 
How are applications available? What is the cost? The following options are available.
  • Do it yourself. You download and install an application on your own equipment. You will need an edenllc-util.jar key to throttle the allowed clicks on your application. Options are
    • Use Free key.
    • Purchase key with higher throttle.
    • Arrange custom license.
  • Custom install on your platform. You hire the installation. You provide equipment and operate yourself. Please contact me for licensing and estimates.
  • Hosted service. We set up and run at our facilities. Please contact me for estimates and options for free incentives.
 
How many keys do I need? Version 0.3 of edenllc-util.jar requires a throttle key for the common classes. Thus one key will suffice for all the free applications and any applications you build using the version 0.3 of edenllc-util.jar.

Subsequent versions may require keys specific to the application.
