What a surprise....


I see that Ryanair have been voted worlds worst airline - so far as I can see, and have experienced, they delight in their 'could not care less about customers' attitude so they may well be celebrating the award.

I see that Ryanair have been voted worlds worst airline - so far as I can see, and have experienced, they delight in their 'could not care less about customers' attitude so they may well be celebrating the award. Of course, we all still use them when we need to get somewhere cheaply - but in any case where there is anything close to a like for like choice, they won't get my money.
