Ultimate Alarm Clock
Version 1.4.7

This is a program designed to do exactly what it's name implies:
Make noises at specific intervals which you choose.
But it's also more than that:
Unlike other computer alarms, it doesn't require you to leave it running after you've set an alarm up.
Set it up, and you're done!
No more hassle, no lost window space.
Download it here!
This version requires Jaguar.  Older versions of OS X may not work, (this has not been verified) but
you're free to try as long as you let me know the result.  Otherwise, you can still download 1.1.0.

Noise packs are now available.

Update History:

1.4.7: Killed the jump the gun bug. Once and for all. Hopefully.

1.4.6: Made the stop watch count up or down. UACCleanup does not need to be run.

1.4.5:No bug fixes this time, simply a fix allowing you to make use of M4A file types.

1.4.4: Another bug fix, making the choosing of multiple files more robust in the Edit Window.   also added two more preferences. This update requires UACCleanup to function properly.

1.4.3:Minor bug fix, repairing an error some registered users were having in UACAlarmRunner.   General speed optimizations done to UACAlarmRunner as well.  This update requires the use of UACCleanup.

1.4.2: Fairly small-scale update; UACCleanup is not necessary. Added the "Make Alarm from Date" service to the services menu. One minor inconvenience, however, is that UAC must now be installed in the Applications folder to function properly.

1.4.0:Added support for choosing multiple files randomly.  Also added capability for registered users
to select any file or folder.  Improved support for MPGs, also for registered users only.

1.3.2: Fixed a few bugs, the most notable being the near-to-infamous UACAlarmRunner-Won't-Quit bug.

1.3.1: Removed a very counter-intuitive button in the Edit window.  Some of you may remember it as the View This Alarm button. If anyone for some, inconceivable reason, wants it back, let us know. Of course, we'll be more likely to listen if the reason is conceivable.
Other optimizations were made as well, but you'll need to use Deep Clean in UACCleanup to see them.

1.3.0: Added preferences, and fixed a few bugs, as well. The One Shot Alarm bug (Catastrophe?) should be confined to the briny deep. Monthly and Yearly alarms weren't working properly, either, unless re-saved in the Edit window, and that's also a thing of the past.

1.2.2: Fixed a bug involving UACAlarmRunner and UACWatcher.  Both underwent updates, so be sure to use UACCleanup's deep clean function.  This won't bother your alarms any more, which is another update.

1.2.1: Fixed a few bugs here and there.  Stopped the partridge from complaining in the Console. If you've had any trouble with alarms triggering, this should fix it. It's not necessary to run UACCleanup for this one either. Just use the new UAC provided.

1.2.0: Added the option of ranges to what is lovingly called fine-tuning, added the capability to play random songs in iTunes, inadvertently added support for AppleScripts, two buttons (one being Snooze) in UACAlarmRunner, and a partridge in a pear tree.

1.1.0: Added an option for choosing days to go off, along with Monthly and Yearly frequencies. Updated the Read Me file beyond the Update History section.

1.0.2: Fixed a small bug with the steppers which would cause them to not step properly under some circumstances. Allowed alarms to be saved without first adding an MP3.

1.0.1: Added steppers for all numeric fields in the Edit and New windows.

1.0.0: UAC released publicly.

UAC Update Instructions:

Replace the "UAC ƒ" folder with the one provided.
Run UAC Cleanup, selecting "Deep Clean", then launch UAC.
Try it out, and feel free to ask me any questions.
